Refund, return policy & gift vouchers

Refunds & exchanges:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please write to us at info@musethebrand.co.za, with the subject line “Return for Order #”. Please provide a description of what you will be returning and we will provide confirmation within 1-2 days.

Note: If you have received an incomplete order or defective garment, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Returns:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns on custom garments:

Regrettably, no returns or refunds will be issued or accepted on any custom manufactured garments. This policy is applicable to all “made to size” or custom coloured garments.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months upon receival. After 6 months the voucher becomes invalid.

Sale Items

No refunds, exchanges or returns on sale items.
